The Nashville Predators bring a new look and a three-game winning streak to Bridgestone Arena on Saturday, when they host the St. Louis Blues for a rare noon CT puck drop.
Nashville is 7-4-5 with 19 points after a 3-2 overtime win at Colorado on Thursday. St. Louis is 7-7-2 with 16 points and finishes a four-game road trip in Nashville after a 5-4 overtime loss at New Jersey on Thursday. The Predators won the first meeting 5-2 on Oct. 17, and the Central Division rivals meet four times this season.
Hometown Remix jerseys debut
Saturday is the first of 10 games in the Predators' new Hometown Remix uniforms, unveiled Nov. 2 with the NHL and Fanatics. The navy sweater has a gold Predators crest with filigree detailing inspired by Nudie Suits and country stagewear, sleeve trim featuring the iris, Tennessee's state flower, and navy pants with a vertical tri-star.
During warmups, players will wear jerseys with a one-of-a-kind butterfly patch honoring Dolly Parton and "Dolly" on the nameplates, according to the team. Those jerseys will be signed and auctioned during the season, with proceeds going to Monroe Carell Jr. Children's Hospital at Vanderbilt and Dolly Parton's Imagination Library through the Governor's Early Literacy Foundation.
The Predators will wear the uniforms again Nov. 21 against Pittsburgh, Nov. 25 at Dallas and Dec. 5 against Columbus, with six more dates into March. Fans looking for the new look can browse Nashville Predators gear or the team stores.
